Oklahoma City, OKCary Neal Rogers, a UPS semi-truck driver, was outside of his truck that was parked on the shoulder of the turnpike when a second semi driven by Scott Randall Sims was driving eastbound on the turnpike when for an unknown reason, it veered off the roadway and rear-ended the UPS semi. Both Rogers and Sims were pronounced dead at the scene. Sims was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the wreck and was ejected from his vehicle.

Saturday, September 27, 2014The couple were heading northbound on their motorcycle just south of St. Lucie Boulevard around 9 p.m. on Sept. 27. The motorcycle rear-ended a van and the two were ejected from their bike, after which another vehicle ran over Lisa Maynard and left the scene. Lisa was pronounced dead at the scene, while Tom was pronounced dead after being brought to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.

Las Vegas, NVTwo people were hospitalized following an accident at Koval Lane near Harmon Avenue Monday morning.
The accident happened shortly after 2 a.m. Police say the victims, 27-year-old Chris Leichtweiss, who was driving, and 19-year-old Tiffany Nelson, who was a passenger, were riding their moped southbound on Koval, when a vehicle rear-ended them.
The impact sent the moped forward approximately 300 to 500 feet and caused Leichtweiss and Nelson to become separated from the bike.

Columbus, GAOne man is dead after police say he was ejected from his pickup truck during a crash on I-185 Saturday afternoon.
The two-vehicle crash occurred in the Northbound lanes just North of the St. Mary's Road exit when the driver of the truck rear-ended another vehicle.
Officials say 27-year-old Mitchell Lee Miles lost control of the vehicle and hit the guard rail before he was ejected and died.
Traffic was redirected from the St. Mary's Northbound entrance to I-185 as officials closed the lanes to investigate the scene.
No one from the other vehicle was injured.
