A woman was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver while riding her bicycle in Huntington Beach Sunday night. The incident occurred near Beach Boulevard and Utica Avenue at about 8:25 p.m., according to police. The 34-year-old victim, later identified as Genevieve Ann Hall, was transported to UCI Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries. Her name was not released pending notification of kin. Police say witnesses were interviewed at the scene and reported the vehicle involved in the collision failed to stop after striking the bicyclist.
