7-year-old boy seriously injured after he is truck by a hit-and-run driver while riding his bicycle on Trailsway Street in Madison, Wisconsin

A Madison boy was taken to a hospital Sunday night after being struck by a car while he was riding his bike. Madison police said the boy is believed to be 7-years-old and was struck when he pedaled out of a driveway and into the 1500 block of Trailsway. The boy’s injuries appear to be non-life-threatening. The car that struck the boy is described as a white Nissan.
