Phoenix, AZKimberly Charles Hopkins of Mesa died Saturday when the UTV he was driving rolled and landed on top of him in Queen Valley in Pinal County. Hopkins was driving a 2-passenger UTV with three girls when the right-side tires went off the side of North Whitlow Dam Road around 6 p.m. The vehicle rolled between 15 and 20 feet down a hillside, and three young girls were ejected. The UTV landed on top of Hopkins, killin ghim.

Phoenix, AZMolinar was driving a Jeep on Veterans Memorial Boulevard when he lost control and left the road. This then caused the truck to roll, and since Molinar was not wearing a seat belt, he was ejected from the vehicle and found in critical condition. He was flown by helicopter to the University of Arizona Medical Center, but was eventually pronounced dead.

The southbound van was struck hard enough that two passengers were ejected, resulting in 3 critically injured, 1 with life threatening injuries and 4 others with minor injuries.

Phoenix, AZA fatal car wreck forced police to close part of McDowell Road in east Phoenix on Thursday morning, according to a Phoenix police spokesman.
Howard Wilson Laporte, 64, was traveling westbound on McDowell Road at 12:30 a.m. in an SUV on Thursday when the tread on his rear tire began to separate, said Sgt. Tommy Thompson, a Phoenix police spokesman.
Investigators believe Laporte lost control of the SUV when the tire separated and slammed the vehicle into the side of the road, Thompson said.

Phoenix, AZA Phoenix garbage-truck driver failed to yield before the truck collided with a motorcycle Thursday afternoon in a wreck that left the motorcyclist in critical condition, according to Phoenix police.
The truck was leaving the driveway of the Carefree Transfer Station near Deer Valley Road and 16th Street in north Phoenix at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday and the driver did not yield for an eastbound Yamaha motorcyclist, said a spokesman with the Phoenix police.
The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, hit the front of the truck and was ejected from the bike.

Phoenix, AZA 28-year-old man is dead after he was ejected from his car early Wednesday morning in Phoenix.
The man was driving a sedan east on Tierra Buena Lane, just north of Greenway Road, at 47th Avenue when he lost control, hit a cemented mailbox and tree stump and the car rolled, said Phoenix police.
The driver was ejected and his body came to rest in the street.
Police said some residents in the area said they heard a loud noise between 2 and 3 a.m., but no one went outside to see what it was, Holmes said. Police were called to the scene until about 5 a.m., he said.
