Three people died and a fourth was critically injured in a collision Friday evening on 68th Street at Bush Creek 3 miles south of Stillwater. The crash occurred when a Chevrolet pickup that was traveling south on Bush Creek Road failed to stop at a stop sign, crashing into a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup that was westbound on 68th Street.

Glenda Alexander of Drumright was eastbound in a 2003 Chevy Blazer when she went off of Highway 16 then back onto the roadway before going off again, this time striking a tree. Alexander was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the SUV, killing her. The accident happened at about 9 p.m. Tuesday.

A Texas man was killed and three other people were injured Monday when a tractor-trailer crashed head-on with pickup truck in Woods County, Oklahoma, at about 9:40 a.m. Gregorio Galindo-Casanova, 35, of Houston, Texas, was a passenger in a pickup on U.S. 64 when a westbound tractor-trailer driven by Brandon Wesley Rinehart, 21, of Alva, was passing another westbound semi in a no-passing zone.

It was about 2:45am when Bunch was northbound on County Road 2 and he departed the roadway, causing the car to roll over. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time and was killed in the wreck. The accident report says that Bunch was under the influence of alcohol.

One man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Le Flore County on Friday morning. At 7:45 a.m., Shae McLaughlin, 27, of Heavener, was traveling west on a county road near Hodgen. For unknown reasons McLaughlin’s vehicle exited the road and crashed into the abutment of a concrete bridge. The vehicle rolled. McLaughlin was pronounced deceased at the crash site.

A young man man is dead following a car accident early Saturday morning near Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The young man, identified as Juan Perez, 18, was heading eastbound on Old Broken Bow Highway at close to 12:30 Saturday morning. His pickup truck veered off the eastbound side of the road, ran into a ditch, and rolled over into a tree. Perez, of Broken Bow, was trapped in his truck for 45 minutes before the fire department extracated him from his vehicle. Perez died at the site of the accident, where he was found to have not been wearing a seatbelt.

Just before 8 a.m. Monday on State Highway 9 approximately one mile east of Whitefield in Haskell County, a 16 year-old boy from Stigler was driving a 1999 GMC pickup east when he crossed into the westbound lane and struck a semi on its side. According to Oklahoma Highway patrol, both the pickup and the semi left the highway and came to rest in a ditch. The 16-year-old driver was ejected from the pickup and killed, while his 12 year-old passenger was injured and airlifted to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where he was last listed in stable condition with a head inury.

At approximately 8 a.m. Sunday, James Randal Brown, 21, was traveling south on State Highway 34 just north of Elk City, Oklahoma when his vehicle exited the road and rolled twice. Brown was not wearing a seat belt, and was transported to a local hospital where he died. The cause of the crash is not known but remains under investigation.

At about 3:45 p.m., Dorothy Sanders, 66, of El Reno, was driving west on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike when the car exited the highway and rolled. Dorothy Sanders and her passenger Robert Sanders, 74, of El Reno, were thrown from the car. Neither person was wearing a seat belt. Dorothy Sanders died at the crash site, and Robert Sanders was transported to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City where he is listed in fair condition.

Two Fort Smith residents died Thursday after their vehicle crashed in Sequoyah County. Quentin Skiver, 32, and Diana Lozano, 28, were in a 1996 Nissan Maxima when it veered off of county road East 1120, just west of Roland, about 3:35 a.m. Thursday. The vehicle was traveling at high speed. Skiver lost control of the vehicle, which left the roadway, went airborne, and hit a utility pole. The car broke into three pieces, ejecting Skiver and Lozano. Skiver and Lozano both were pronounced deceased at the crash scene.
