Sunday, September 14, 2014An 11-year-old San Francisco girl died and four other people were hurt about 12:55 a.m Sunday when their SUV veered off I-280 in Burlingame and went down an embankment. They were traveling north on Interstate 280 in a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban south of Trousdale Avenue. Driver Mandingo Cummings suffered major injuries and was taken to San Francisco General Hospital. Three other passengers, Tierra Cummings, 31; Lashawena Collins, 20, and a 7-month-old girl all suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital as a precaution.

He was weaving in and out of traffic when he got his front tire stuck in the left rear of the truck.
