An 11-year-old was killed this morning in a crash on Interstate Highway 280 in Burlingame, according to the California Highway Patrol.

11-YEAR-OLD GIRL KILLED IN I-280 CRASH IN BURLINGAME ID'D

An 11-year-old girl who died in a crash on Interstate Highway 280 in Burlingame early Sunday morning has been identified by the San Mateo County coroner's office as 11-year-old Iliyah Porter.
An 11-year-old San Francisco girl died and four other people were hurt about 12:55 a.m Sunday when their SUV veered off I-280 in Burlingame and went down an embankment. They were traveling north on Interstate 280 in a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban south of Trousdale Avenue. Driver Mandingo Cummings suffered major injuries and was taken to San Francisco General Hospital. Three other passengers, Tierra Cummings, 31; Lashawena Collins, 20, and a 7-month-old girl all suffered minor injuries and were taken to the hospital as a precaution. All of the victims were wearing their seat belts and it did not appear that drugs or alcohol were a factor.
