Anchorage, AKAnchorage Police are asking for the public’s assistance in finding a woman accused of a Tuesday evening hit-and-run crime involving a female victim.
Police say the crime occurred around 10:08 p.m. when a vehicle driven by Haily Ibarra, 20, collided with a pedestrian outside of a residence near the 5900 block of Mego Street.

Anchorage, AKAnchorage police say a male pedestrian was critically injured in a Fairview vehicle-pedestrian collision Monday night.
According to a statement from a APD spokesperson, police initially received reports of the incident, at a residential parking lot near the intersection of 12th Avenue and Eagle Street, at about 7:30 p.m.
“There sounds like there was a possibility that the pedestrian may have been sitting down or lying behind the vehicle as it moved,” police said. “It sounds like he suffered some pretty critical injuries.”
