Streamwood man killed in Hampshire-area motorcycle crash
HAMPSHIRE – A Streamwood man was killed in a Saturday crash involving two motorcycles in Hampshire Township, Kane County officials said. John A. Peneschi, 49, died in the crash, which happened at 3:57 p.m. Saturday on Brier Hill Road south of Berner Road, according to a release from Kane County Sheriff's Lt. Chris Collins. Police said Peneschi was riding a 2003 Harley-Davidson as part of a larger group of motorcycles traveling northbound on Brier Hill Road south of Berner Road when two of the motorcycles had difficulty navigating a curve and left the road.
Since motorcycle crashes often end in serious injuries, victims need immediate help
Motorcycle accidents are more likely to end in serious injuries or death for the motorcyclist, since the rider is not protected from the force of a collision. When a motorcycle accident happens, the injured rider needs immediate, appropriate medical care, the accident needs to be investigated, and the insurance companies need to be informed.
When a motorcycle crash is caused by negligence, additional steps need to be taken to protect the legal rights of the injured motorcyclist or the family members of someone killed in a motorcycle crash. Go here to learn more about motorcycle accidents and claims.

There was no excessive speed involved. Vince ran John off the road and all of his buddies saw it and did not speak up. He did not like that a stanger was ahead of him in his own pack resulting in a father of 4 and grandfather losing his life 3 weeks after he turned 49.
