Around 1:15 Sunday, four girls were riding in a two-wheeled horse drawn buggy on the shoulder of 68-80 when a semi drove past and spooked the horse near the intersection on Vaughns Grove Fairview Road. The horse ran across the four lane highway into the path of a car, ejecting all four girls. 14-
