Center Oak Road

One man is dead after a car accident in the Town of Merton. The Waukehsa County Sheriff's office says the driver was headed southbound on Center Oak Road when he failed to make a turn at Dobbertin Road and struck a tree just after 2 o’clock Friday morning. A male passenger died.
