Thu, 09/18/2014Arnold B. Mace of Ogden was traveling northbound on P70 and ran through a stop sign. Mace’s vehicle was struck by an eastbound vehicle on E18, driven by David Phillips of Paton. Mace was pronounced dead at the scene. Phillips was taken to Boone County Hospital.
