Highway 101 at the Alemany Boulevard off-ramp

24-year-old Abisai May Dzul was attempting to walk up a Highway 101 off-ramp at Alemany Boulevard at around 9:08 p.m. when he was hit by one or possibly more cars, none of which stopped to render aid or contact police.
