Highway 101 near Old Oakland Road

The preliminary investigation suggests that the motorcyclist was speeding when he collided with the back of a vehicle, causing the motorcycle to overturn and eject the driver and passenger onto the roadway. The driver of that vehicle pulled off to the shoulder and cooperated with the investigation.
