Highway 233

Ricardo Cornejo-Garcia was found lying in a ditch alongside Highway 233 around 10:30 p.m., apparently having been hit by a vehicle that fled the scene. Police collected what evidence they could from the scene and are asking for the public's help in locating the vehicle.
