Highway 66 and Old Rural Hall Road

A woman was killed and a 4-year-old boy was among two others injured in a head-on collision in Winston-Salem Thursday.

Deborah Lynn Moser, 46, of Winston-Salem, was killed in the crash just after 5 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 66 and Old Rural Hall Road.
