I-190 southbound

A tanker truck hauling whiskey rolled over at about 11 a.m. Thursday on on I-190 near Porter Road. When the accident was first called in, Niagara County sheriff’s deputies believed that the truck was hauling diesel fuel, and haz-mat teams shut down both northbound and southbound I-190.
