Tue, 01/28/2014A 15 year old girl was walking with her older brother at an intersection in Otay Mesa when she stepped into the path of a tractor trailer that was turning. She was hit by the rear of the truck and died at the scene. Her brother tried to pull her away and was also struck, but not hurt.
