Louisiana Boulevard

Tailor Dunn, 21, was critically injured by a hit-and-run driver in February, and  is still recovering from her injuries.  Nicholas Allen, Tailor’s boyfriend, told authorities that a red SUV hit his car near Paseo del Norte and I-25. He chased the vehicle several blocks to Louisiana Boulevard.
