Frank Glenn was driving a pickup on Marsh Avenue when he crossed the centerline and struck an SUV. The force of the crash killed Glenn, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash. The four occupants of the SUV were taken to area hospitals.
