A cyclist was critically injured in a vehicle collision on Moreland Avenue in East Atlanta Thursday evening, according to the Atlanta Police Department.

DeKalb County police are investigating whether two drivers were street racing at 10:45 Sunday when they collided with a car, killing two children and critically injuring a third.
