Neely Wingard Road

Willie Wade Harsey was driving on Whiskey Road when he went to cross Neely Wingard Road, not stopping at a stop sign. His vehicle was struck by a Ford Escape that was traveling west on Neely Wingard, and he died at the scene. His passenger was injured.
