North Holly and Quick roads

A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run pedestrian collision back on October 21 that killed Valarie Owen, 54, at the intersection of North Holly and Quick roads. Authorities received a call of female pedestrian lying unconscious in the road.
