Three men and a woman were killed in an overnight traffic crash on the city's Northwest Side, according to authorities.
The crash happened about 3 a.m. in the 2600 block of North Narragansett Avenue in the city's Montclare neighborhood.
An elderly man is dead after a car hit him Thursday morning in the Northwest Side Dunning neighborhood.
Nicholas Marx Jr., 85, was hit at 5:50 a.m. in the 4400 block of North Narragansett Avenue after he walked into the street in front of northbound traffic, authorities said.
A woman was struck by a freight train Tuesday night in the Austin neighborhood.
The woman, 56, was found at approximately 10 p.m. in the 2000 block of North Narragansett Avenue, or near the Galewood Metra station, a police News Affairs Officer said.
