Northeast 138th Avenue and Northeast 28th Street

A child riding a bike was hit by a vehicle Sunday night in east Vancouver. The child, described as either 9 or 10 years old, was struck by a car in the area of Northeast 138th Avenue and Northeast 28th Street about 9:15 p.m., according to a Vancouver Police Department spokeswoman.
