Northeast 28th Street and Northeast 148th Avenue

Three people were injured in a head-on crash involving a school bus Monday morning, according to the Vancouver Police Department. The crash was reported at 7:12 a.m. at the intersection of Northeast 28th Street and Northeast 148th Avenue, down the street from Burton Elementary School.
