Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue

A woman walking with her dog on Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue was seriously injured Wednesday night when she was struck by a vehicle. The accident was reported at 9:16 p.m. in the 8600 block of Northeast Hazel Dell Avenue, across from Target.
