Mon, 04/21/2014A man is dead after a crash in Rowan County on Tuesday around 10 a.m. on Open Fork Road. Thomas Mabry, 52, of Morehead, was driving his truck when it left the road, hitting a concrete culvert. The impact threw Mabry from the truck.
