Southwest 5th Avenue and Morrison Street

Scott R. Busch was crossing at the intersection of Southwest 5th Avenue and Morrison Street when a garbage truck made an illegal turn from 5th Avenue and hit him. Emergency responders arrived quickly to stop the bleeding.
