Texas State Highway 90

Jonathan Dalke was driving south on Texas State Highway 90 when he lost control of his vehicle on a turn and hydroplaned off the roadway, striking a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing his seatbelt, and had no passengers.
