W. McNichols Road and Hubbell Avenue

Detroit police have arrested the driver in a deadly hit-and-run collision that killed one motorcyclist and left another one in critical condition. The two motorcyclists crashed with a silver car early Thursday morning at W. McNichols Road and Hubbell Avenue.
