Jessica Garner, 29, dead after fiery crash between car and coal truck at Alabama highways 195 and 243 in Winston County
Driver Killed in Collision Identified
The person killed in the collision last week on Highway 195 has been identified as Jessica Garner, 29, of Decatur, formerly of Double Springs. Garner was driving a 95 Buick LeSabre north on Highway 195 just east of Highway 243 when it collided head on with a fully loaded 18 wheeler coal truck. Garner had reportedly been driving radically prior to the impact.
