The crash happened at 4:23 p.m. on U.S. 278, about eight miles east of Double Springs. Senior Trooper Johnathan Appling said Moon was driving a 2002 Dodge pickup truck that collided with a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by a juvenile.
