Autopsies sought in boat crash that killed 2

2 killed, 3 injured in Hale County boating accident

The Hale County Coroner identified the victims as 23-year-old Destiny Graben of Northport and 47-year-old Richard Glover of Akron.

Man charged in horrific July 4th boating crash that killed 2, injured 5

Latham is charged with two counts of reckless murder and is being held without bond. He was taken into custody at a family member's home in Tuscaloosa.   

Tuscaloosa man charged for 2 deaths in boating accident now being sued

Now the mother of one of the people he’s charged with killing has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against him. Matt Glover represents the mother of 23-year-old Destiny Graben. He filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Latham in Hale County.
