An Auburn man has died after an early morning accident on Friday, April 10. 

Auburn man, 24, killed when vehicle hits tree

The crash occurred when the Ford Mustang Matthews was driving northbound on Foster Street left the roadway and collided into a tree at around 3:15 a.m.
Laderrein Q. Matthews was traveling north on Foster Street near the intersection of Clark Avenue when his vehicle left the roadway for unknown reasons and struck a tree. Matthews was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
