Fri, 04/10/2015Laderrein Q. Matthews was traveling north on Foster Street near the intersection of Clark Avenue when his vehicle left the roadway for unknown reasons and struck a tree. Matthews was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
