Auburn University student struck, killed by train on North College Street
Auburn police, firefighters and EMS workers responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a train just after midnight. Coroner Bill Harris said the accident happened near the railroad crossing in the 200 block of North College Street.
Parker was found lying between the railroad tracks, and was pronounced dead on the scene at 12:45 a.m. Saturday.
