Five people are injured after a two-vehicle head-on collision Wednesday afternoon.
Two cars collided head-on just south of Beauregard High School on Highway 51, sending five people to the hospital. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown. Four were taken to East Alabama Medical Center, and one was airlifted to Midtown Medical Center. Check back for more details.
