1 in critical condition after Morgan Co. wreck

The driver and victim in the accident was transported to Decatur General Hospital and is in critical condition. The scene on Antioch Road cleared up around 8:15 after a single vehicle accident around 6:45 Wednesday morning. Volunteer fire departments from both towns responded in addition to the Morgan County Sheriff's Department and Alabama State Troopers. The driver apparently lost control of the vehicle hit a guardrail. That guardrail pierced through the front end of the vehicle.
