Investigators said he was riding without a helmet when the ATV left the road and hit a tree around 7:30 p.m. Thursday night.
Antonio Jones, 39, died in the wreck on County Road 270 in Town Creek approximately six miles outside of Danville. Jones wasn't wearing a helmet when he hit a tree.
