Authorities say Moore was killed when the 2008 Chevrolet pickup he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. Moore, who was not using a seat belt, was ejected and died as a result of his injuries. The crash occurred on Old Pascagoula Road six miles west of Mobile city limits.
