State lawmen say 55 year-old Jimmy F. Werner died at a local hospital after the 2000 Chevrolet Silverado, which he was a passenger in, collided with a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by 48 year-old Mark Byrnes of Summerdale.

We loved Jimmy Werner he was like a brother he was handicapped and his routine is go to brothers house go to church Sunday when his brother went to accident to retrieve stuff from scene Jimmy always carried his fly swater his toys piece of rope they found bags of beer cans some opened some not neither Jimmy nor Johnny drink wish we had someone to come forward and tell if the driver of S U V was drinking this family doesn't have lots of money this is there second child please say prayer for the family there members of Foley church of Christ
