A Furman man is dead following a single-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon.
Alabama State Troopers say at 3:05 p.m. on Alabama 21 at the 88.6 mile marker about five miles north of Furman, 24-year-old Ivan Jenkins was killed when the 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix was driving left the roadway and overturned.

Seatbelts were not in use at the time of the crash. No other details are being released at this time while the investigation continues.
