Southbound traffic was backed up for miles, but authorities say the scene has been cleared and traffic is moving again.

The love of his life, Cathy, and his "two beautiful girls," as he always said, were the center of his world, as he was theirs. Clayton will be forever missed and remembered for his unyielding generosity and selflessness, his infectious smile, sense of humor and his love for life and making everyone else's that much better.
The crash between an SUV and a motorcycle happened early Friday morning on U.S. Hwy. 231 near Jasmine Hill Road in Wetumpka. At least one person is dead. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.
