An Oregon man driving with a passenger in an all-terrain vehicle was injured in Willow early Sunday, when Alaska State Troopers say he crashed and threw both of them from the ATV.
Patrick Kilgore was driving an ATV with a passenger in Willow when Kilgore lost control of the vehicle and it overturned, ejecting the two people. Neither of them were wearing protective gear at the time of the collision. Fortunately the passenger was not injured, and Kilgore only suffered moderate injuries. Kilgore was taken to an area hospital for medical treatment.
