An 18-year-old woman has died in a Juneau traffic collision with a semi-truck that left a 20-year-old man in critical condition.

The grand jury indicted Buchkoski on manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide and two felony assault counts.
An 18-year-old woman has died in a Juneau traffic collision with a semi-truck that left a 20-year-old man in critical condition. Jessica Louise Billy was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Billy was one of two passengers in a 1999 Honda CRV driven by an 18-year-old man. The Honda was heading south on Yandukin Road when it went to turn left onto Old Dairy Road but failed to stop for an oncoming semi-truck. The 20-year-old man who was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries was a passenger in the Honda. The 45-year-old driver of the truck was not injured.
