Troopers responded to milepost 242, north of Rock Springs, just after 9 a.m. to find two vehicles on their roofs.

Kenney died at the scene from his injuries. Stewart was transported to Honor Health North Mountain for treatment of his injuries. Both drivers were wearing safety restraints.
