A motorcyclist was struck and killed by a vehicle in the West Valley Thursday morning.
Motorcyclist killed in crash in Phoenix intersection
The man was riding his motorcycle northbound on 43rd Avenue when it collided with a southbound vehicle driven by a woman in the intersection with Glendale Avenue just before 9:30 a.m., Phoenix police Sgt. Jonathan Howard said.
A motorcyclist was traveling on 43rd Avenue when another vehicle that was attempting to turn left onto Glendale Avenue struck him. He was taken to a local hospital where he died of his injuries. The driver of the other vehcile remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
