4-vehicle crash in Phoenix leaves 1 dead, another hurt

Witnesses told police that a silver passenger car was making a left turn from a private drive onto westbound Thomas Road and crashed into a white pickup truck that was heading eastbound on Thomas Road, according to the statement.
