DPS: 3 dead after a wrong-way driver crash on I-10 near Quartzsite
A vehicle entered I-10 at off-ramp 31, traveling the wrong way in the eastbound traffic lanes, DPS spokesman Raul Garcia said. About 500 feet east of the exit ramp, the driver of the vehicle collided head-on with another vehicle, Garcia said.
3 Californians killed in wrong-way crash on I-10 are identified
Authorities said wrong-way driver Dana Michael Cavanaugh, 49, of Washington, Utah, hit the vehicle occupied by the three women.
